At DashWerks, we take pride in delivering high-quality, custom-made parts โ€” and getting them to you safely and efficiently. This Shipping Policy outlines how we handle processing, delivery times, costs, and more.

All of our products are custom-made or made-to-order. Once your order is received:

  • Processing time is typically 3โ€“10 business days, depending on the complexity and production queue.

  • If your order requires custom design or approval stages, we will notify you of the expected timeline.

Weโ€™ll notify you by email once your order has been dispatched, including tracking details where applicable.


๐Ÿ“ฆ Shipping Methods

We use trusted carriers such as:

  • Australia Post

  • Courier services (e.g. CouriersPlease, Aramex, TNT) depending on size, weight, and location.

For large or bulky items, we may contact you directly to arrange appropriate freight options.

  • Australia-wide: We ship to all states and territories.

  • International Orders: Available on request. Please contact us at sales@dashwerks.com.au for a custom quote and shipping options.

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on:

  • Order weight and dimensions

  • Shipping location

  • Chosen courier service

Some custom or oversized parts may require a manual freight quote โ€” weโ€™ll contact you if this applies.

We take extra care to package all items securely. Where necessary, we use:

  • Bubble wrap

  • Foam protection

  • Custom boxing

If a product arrives damaged, please refer to our Refund & Return Policy and contact us within 14 days.


๐Ÿ“ฎ Tracking Orders

Once your item is shipped, youโ€™ll receive an email with:

  • Your tracking number

  • A link to follow the delivery progress

If you havenโ€™t received tracking within 10 business days, please reach out to us.


๐Ÿšซ Failed Deliveries / Incorrect Addresses

It is your responsibility to ensure shipping details are correct at checkout.
If a delivery is returned due to an incorrect address or failed delivery attempt:

  • We may charge a re-delivery fee.

  • Refunds (if applicable) may be reduced by original shipping costs.
